Thank you Tabitha at iTunes

Within 24 hours a an iTunes store customer support person e-mailed me back giving me the correct code. And, she expressed an apology for my frustration. I am impressed and satisfied with how the online support was handled. Based on my experience at the store I had lower expectations, but Tabitha exceeded them. (I will probably not buy an iTunes gift card though.)
